Lochlea Our Barley

Lochlea is a relatively new Ayrshire distillery that grows its own barley on site, giving them proper farm-to-bottle control. Our Barley is their flagship expression, and the bottle design is gorgeous with barley stem embossing throughout. Non-chill-filtered, naturally coloured, and bottled at 46%, it shows they're serious about quality. The whisky is fresh and well-balanced with sweet fruit, honey, and that distinctive peppery barley character. At around £45, it's impressive for such a young distillery.
